Change the speed and incline
You can change your workout during exercise with speed and incline controls built into the ergonomic molded handrails, and enjoy a comfortable walk thanks to the generous running surface (50.8cm x 152.4cm) and Comfort Tech ™ cushioning for less impact on the knees.
An easy-to-read 19cm blue backlit LCD screen provides all the feedback you need for your workout, complete with a motivational "Burn" meter that allows you to measure / adjust your workout to your personal comfort level based on the calories you burn at that moment. Sync with your favorite apps, including the free Bowflex® Results App to record your entire fitness journey and the mixed reality app RunSocial®, where you can race through 19 locations with your friends. As many as nine simplified "push and go" training programs are also built in, or create and save your own programs for real-time custom programming.
After your workout, the BXT128 can be easily stored using the efficient SoftDrop ™ folding design and integrated transport wheels. Other features include contact and telemetry heart rate monitoring with a free included chest strap for accurate heart rate measurement, a built-in fan with three different speeds, USB charging port, MP3 plugin, speakers, water bottle cage and media rack.
