The LCD screen of your Finnlo Aquon Water Glide provides all the important data at a glance while you are rowing. It shows information such as the time that you have trained, your average time of 500 m, the distance you have traveled, calories burned, heart rate, strokes per minute, watts per stroke and the total number of strokes during your current training session.
There are three programs you can choose from for your individual training:
MANUAL - instant start: All functions simply start counting from zero or display your current values. INTERVAL - for time settings only: You can choose between preset or custom workout / rest times. You can also save these values. TARGET - Multiple Functions: Allows you to set targets for strokes, heart rate, calories, distance or time.
The on-board computer is battery operated, while the menu is intuitive and the three buttons make it easy for users of all ages. The on-board computer comes with an auto-start function, which means it boots up as soon as you start rowing. This way you can concentrate fully on rowing and not on setting up the computer. The compact dimensions of only 2.12 x 0.52 m make the Finnlo Aquon Water Glide extra space-saving, but also very suitable for users with a body height of up to 200 cm. The two high-quality integrated transport rollers make moving the rowing machine extra easy after use. All you need to do is lift the machine at the end of the frame, move it and tilt it to a vertical position in seconds. Now it fits in every corner of your room. The frame's four-point ground contact keeps the Finnlo Aquon Water Glide stable and safe while you perform your rowing workout. The on-board computer runs on batteries and can therefore be placed anywhere without the need for a nearby power socket or additional extension cables.
