Bowflex technology
By turning the knob you automatically adjust the weight from 3.5 to no less than 18 kg. There are six different resistances so you can gradually increase the level of your training.
Performance and quality
Save a lot on your space. You can replace as many as six with one kettlebell. In addition, the Bowflex kettlebell is cheaper than six separate kettlebells. A separate rack to store all your kettlebells is no longer necessary.
