The Schwinn Exercise Bike 570U is a very comprehensive exercise bike with no fewer than 29 training programs, 4 of which are user-specific and 9 heart rate controlled. You can choose from no less than 25 resistance levels so that you can train at your own pace and at your own level. With the Quick-Start button you can immediately start training. You can choose up to 12 different profile programs with intervals so that you get a varied workout. The training computer shows the time you have trained, the distance you have cycled, your speed, wattage, RPM, calorie consumption and heart rate.
Optimal security
The exercise bike offers two fitness tests and nine heart programs to prevent overload, 4 programs for beginners, 4 programs for advanced athletes and 1 program for another user. The heart rate is measured by two sensors on the handles that determine the current frequency in which you are training. This is displayed on the training computer. The handlebars offer special pads so that your elbows are supported when you want to ride in the triathlon position. The pedals are wide and non-slip, have a relatively high weight of 28.5 kg and straps around your feet for optimal safety while training, even at very high speeds. The exercise bike has a comfortable gel saddle that you can adjust both horizontally and vertically.
