The active ingredients per bar (60g):
Time-Release Protein Blend.
A powerful blend of fast (Whey), medium (soy) and slow (casein) protein fractions.
Each bar provides a total of 20g of protein, the minimum dosage required to trigger muscle protein synthesis and as such contribute to the growth and maintenance of lean muscle mass.
L-Leucine
L-Leucine is one of the three branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) and is considered the most valuable amino acid when it comes to stimulating protein synthesis. Research has shown that at least 3 grams of L-Leucine are required to activate and maximize protein synthesis in the muscles.
Prebiotic Fiber
Each bar provides 4.8 g of fiber, including the prebiotic Fructo-Oligosaccharides.
Steviol glycosides
Stevia is known as one of the best natural sweeteners and is often touted as a safe and healthy sugar substitute. Stevia is 250 to 300 times as sweet as sugar, but it provides no calories.
