The estimated delivery time
The estimated delivery time is the number of working days required for the delivery of your shipment.
If the product is in stock, it can be shipped the same day, if you order before 16:00.
If you do not order before 16:00, the product will be shipped the next day.
Parcels under 23 kg are sent in 98% of the cases with an external party such as PostNL, DHL or DpD.
In a number of cases, the carrier may experience delays due to, for example, crowds, illness, government regulations (Covid-19 restrictions) or other unforeseen circumstances. We have no control over this!
Other delays in shipping delivery are possible due to external circumstances such as weather or traffic. If you experience a longer delay in the delivery time of your shipment, please contact the carrier.

We always try to deliver your package with the greatest care and speed, in many cases that goes very well! But in some cases things don't go as you and we would like, we hope for your understanding!
